Become a Health Center Patient

Utah’s community health centers are non-profit, patient-centered medical clinics, that provide quality health care to all Utahns – regardless of insurance type or ability to pay.

Services include primary and preventive medical, dental, and mental health services.

Think of Utah’s community health centers as one-stop-shopping for all health care – with services focused on whole person care, including pharmacy, health education, assistance with insurance coverage, and healthy lifestyle.

Because health centers provide a unique and comprehensive approach to health care, your doctors truly get to know you and your family and care about your long-term health. And since health centers serve all patients regardless of ability to pay, you can continue seeing your doctor if you happen to lose health insurance, or continue coming if you obtain health insurance!

There are currently 14 Utah Health Centers operating 69 clinics in urban and rural communities and providing care to more than 181,000 people annually.
